If you are experiencing issues with your Lynham Networks Ubiquiti NTU device, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

Status Lights Check
The signal lights show the strength of the fibre signal:
| Signal lights | What it means |
|---|---|
| Off | The NTU is starting up. |
| 1 white | Signal strength low, but working. |
| 2 white | Signal strength good. |
| 3 white | Signal strength strong. |
| 1 amber | Signal too low. Contact us. |
| 1 amber and 2 white | Signal too strong. Contact us. |
| 3 amber | No signal. Check the fibre cable is plugged in firmly, then contact us. |
| Alternating between 2 amber and 1 white, and the signal strength | The NTU isn’t authorised on the network. Contact us. |

Restart
If all of the above lights look correct, try restarting both devices:
- Power off your router and the Lynham Ubiquiti NTU.
- Wait 10 minutes.
- Power both devices back on.
- Wait 5 minutes and re-check the light statuses above.

- What type of fault are you experiencing? (e.g. no internet, slow speeds, dropouts)
- Signal light strength (number of bars illuminated)
- Is the Ethernet (LAN) light flashing or solid?
- Have you already tried restarting the device?
