Porting your existing number
Transferring your current landline number costs $30 for a simple port (CAT A). If you'd rather start fresh, a new number is free. Either way there's no lock-in contract.

Do I need internet from Quokka Net to get home phone?
No. The home phone service runs over any working internet connection, so you can take it on its own or alongside a Quokka Net internet plan.
What handset will work?
Yealink SIP handsets. Use a Yealink you already have, or order a T31P or W76P from us. If you're not sure your Yealink will work, call us and we'll check before you buy anything.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The minimum term is one month and the total minimum cost is $25. Cancel any time without an exit fee.
