What is SUPA Networks?
SUPA Networks, previously known as Fibre Corp, is a privately owned fibre network, separate from the nbn. It builds fibre into new estates across the ACT, NSW, Queensland and Victoria.
It's a wholesale network, so you buy your internet from a retail provider like Quokka Net. SUPA's Boost plans are symmetrical: they upload as fast as they download.
Unlike many providers, we're on nine networks, so if you move, there's a good chance we can come with you.

SUPA Networks questions, answered
Is SUPA Networks the same as the nbn?
No. SUPA Networks is a separate, privately owned network. Like the nbn, it is a wholesale network: you buy your internet from a retail provider such as Quokka Net, not from SUPA Networks itself.
Can I choose my own provider on SUPA Networks?
Yes. SUPA Networks is open to many retail providers, so you can choose the one that suits you. Check your address and we will confirm whether we can connect your place.
How do I know if my address is on SUPA Networks?
Use the address checker on this page. SUPA Networks used to be called Fibre Corp, so if your developer mentioned Fibre Corp, your estate is probably on SUPA.
Is this a promo price?
No. The prices shown are our regular monthly prices for SUPA Networks plans, not introductory offers, so there is no discount period that ends and pushes your bill up.
Are there any connection fees?
Quokka Net charges $0 activation on SUPA Networks plans. SUPA Networks may charge a $300 (incl. GST) new development fee if you are the first connection in a newly developed area, or the first connection in an established area where the number of premises has increased. SUPA Networks usually collects this fee at property settlement; if it was not collected then, SUPA Networks invoices it directly when your order is processed. It is not charged by Quokka Net. If your address is classed as a subsequent install, there is a $270 new line fee. We will tell you about the new line fee before we go ahead.
Do I need a special router for SUPA Networks?
No special router, but it needs a WAN Ethernet port and must support Dynamic IP (also called DHCP or IPoE), so there is no username or password. Or add a router from us when you sign up: on SUPA Networks it connects by itself.
What speed will I get?
Not every SUPA Networks address can get every speed, and 2 Gbps is subject to availability. The address checker shows the plans available at yours. Each plan lists its typical evening speed, which is the speed most customers can expect between 7pm and 11pm. Your actual speed also depends on your Wi-Fi, your devices and what you are connecting to.
What if SUPA Networks is down?
Check for SUPA Networks outages and our service status, then try a few quick fixes at home. If it's still down, contact your provider: they raise the fault with the network for you.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. SUPA Networks plans are month-to-month, so you can change speed or leave without an exit fee.
What happens if I move house?
We'll help you through the whole move. Tell us your new address and move date, and we'll check what's available there and order a new service at your new place, ready for your move. If your new place is on a different network, you choose from the plans available there. If you're already with us, we'll close your old service once the new one is live, so you're not paying twice.
