Client Login is where you manage your Quokka Net account: your services, invoices, payment card and contact details. This page explains how to log in, how to reset your password, and how we protect your account from people who shouldn’t have access to it.

Go to Client Login and sign in with the email address and password you used when you signed up.

Forgotten your password?

  1. On the Client Login page, choose Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email address on your account.
  3. We’ll email you a link to set a new password. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder.

If you no longer have access to that email address, or it’s not recognised, call us on 1800 663 977. We’ll check it’s you, then update your email address.

How we check it’s you

To keep your account safe, only you and the people you’ve authorised can make changes to it. When someone asks us to change your account, we check they’re the account holder or one of your authorised contacts. To confirm it, we send a one-time code by email or text message to the details we have on record for that person, and ask them to read it back to us.

Got a code you didn’t ask for? Don’t share it with anyone, and call us straight away on 1800 663 977. It may mean someone is trying to get into your account. We’ll check your account hasn’t been compromised, and may reset the passwords on it.

Let someone else manage your account

You can give someone else, like a partner, family member or carer, access to your account. There are two ways, depending on what they need to do.

Client Login access

Invite them in Client Login and they can log in with their own email and password, and manage the account the same way you can.

Authorised contacts

Authorised contacts deal with us on your behalf by phone, email or chat, but don’t log in. There are two kinds:

  • Advocate: can speak for you, but can’t make changes to your account or get information about it unless you’re there too.
  • Authorised representative: acts on your behalf, either with limited rights you choose, or with the same authority over the account as you.

The account holder can add or remove authorised contacts in Client Login. Or fill in the Appointment of Advocate or Authorised Representative form and email it to [email protected]. We email your contacts when their details are added, changed or removed.

Keep your account safe

  • We’ll never call or email to ask for your password. If someone does, it isn’t us. Don’t give it to them, get their name and number, and call us on 1800 663 977 to check.
  • Use a strong password of at least 14 characters, mixing capital and lower-case letters, numbers and symbols, and don’t use it for anything else.
  • Don’t open attachments in emails you weren’t expecting. If an email claiming to be from us looks wrong, forward it to [email protected] and delete it.
  • Told someone your details by mistake? Call us straight away. We’ll check your account for unauthorised access and help you change your passwords.

Experiencing domestic or family violence and worried about your account? We have a confidential line and can help secure it. See domestic and family violence support.
