How to Move Your Quokknection
Moving can be stressful, but getting your internet sorted doesn’t have to be.
Follow our four easy steps and we’ll get your new place Quokknected.
Step 1.
Check your new address
Enter your new address so we can confirm which network is available (nbn®, Opticomm, Lynham, Frontier, Vision).
Step 2.
Pick your new plan
If your new place runs on a different network, choose a plan from those available there.
Step 3.
We order your new service
Internet can’t be relocated, so we’ll order a new service. Many activate instantly; if not, a technician visit is usually within 1 week.
Step 4.
Cancel the old one
Once your new service is live, we’ll help close your old one so you’re not paying twice.
How to Move Your Quokknection
How long?
Same-day activation for most homes. Tech visits usually within 1 week.
Fees?
Some addresses attract a New Development Fee. We’ll confirm upfront.
Equipment?
Bring your router or order one from us. We’ll advise if you need new gear.
Routers
Bring your current router or let us supply a new one. If your new address uses a different connection type, we’ll advise if you need an upgrade.
